How can I improve my overall daily stamina?

It seems each day I get tired really easily. How can i improve my energy or coarse with out caffeine. What can I do that is natural and healthy?

How can I improve my overall daily stamina?
B12 and exercise.
Reply:Eat healthy, lots of fruits and veggies. Instead of coffee have a glass of fresh orange juice, or maybe green tea.
Reply:you may try having a body massage at least twice a month just to release all the stress in your body....
Reply:Exercise on a regular basis, eat healthy, and drink plenty of water.

Reply:chocolate gives you a lot of energy and may be you should do a little exercise before you leave the house- no heavy eating.
