After like 2 min I get winded and tired. So, I slow down a little and I'm done all in one position! How do I get stronger in stamina? Should I run more?

When you get close, stop! Wait. Then work yourself up again. Then stop! Repeat. Do this several times to build up stamina and control.

Reply:Two minutes! You must be either eighty years old or really out of shape. You won't have to worry about this for too long, though, since no woman is going to be satisfied if all you can manage is two minutes.
You need to get in shape, my man. Two minutes isn't even enough time for good foreplay, and certainly not long enough to satisfy your woman.
Seriously, if you're a young man, you need to get in shape. If you're and older guy, then maybe some getting in shape may help or just take it a bit slower from the get-go so you can last a while and be sure to satisfy your lady.

But more than anything be sure that your not just doing it for your self you need to be doing it thinking of your partner and satisfying them. You don't have to be fast in bed to be good, take it slow at first make sure your both enjoying it, if you feel you getting close... stop and change positions.
