I need to build up my stamina BEFORE pre-season workouts that start in january. right now im just doing medium-distance sprints (sprinting along the outer edge of the outfield with center being 360 feet and left/right being 320). i am also just doing 30-40 pushups a day and 50-60 crunches. is this enough to get me in shape before tryouts without going to the gym?
