What is a good way to increase stamina and endurance?

Reply:By challenging yourself all the time. For stamina I think running the stairs is a great thing to do. Endurance--well running is awesome. Try to runn farther everytime. Even if its only a few more feet a day. Challenge yourself..just do it and feel great.
Reply:Well the obvious answers would be running/ jogging but that can get boring, so what i like to due and is allot harder then people think. Get your self one of those big 80lb to 100lb punching bags and bolt it to the frame of your ceiling, and just punch it, use gloves though cuz you can tear your hands up. You will be surprised how tired you get within 10 min, plus your working out your arms, taking out frustration, i get more of a workout from that then regular exercise.

Reply:i prefer to jump rope, it doesn't sound like much but when you do it for ten minutes straight you ll feel it in your arms, your legs your chest even your abs. it helps if you start off slow and gradually build up speed
