Really need to improve these two attributes for 5 aside football. Was thinking of maybe spinning classes at the gym? Suggestions?
Whats the best way of improving fitness and stamina?
no need gym no need herbs. watch what nature does, running. find a beach or carless road and run run run(dont forget 2 warm up). dont push yourself too much. when ur out of breath, slowly deccelarate, cooldown, rehidrate,rest under a tree, then, start all over again. as usual, do it 20min/day, 3day/week(it meant exercise day and rest day repeated in consistent repeatation, make sure you don't exercise 2days in a row) .

Reply:spinning wouldn't be good for football what you need to do is run, run, and run exotically for football just do speed and agility drills and start lifting this will really help you.
