I have to pass a physical test called PFT, for those who may be familiar with the marines, and I have to run 3 miles. This happens this monday the 9th. I have been running and I have an okay time but i know i could push myself further: i just need a little boost for these last training days and for the day of the test. what products do you know of?
What is a good supplement that will increase my stamina, endurance as i run?
Creatine or L-Carnitine.
Reply:U can try a carb load, try eating foods that consists of pasta or potatoes the night before your test. These foods release energy slowly and cotinuously and are ecellent for endurance and stamina, versus foods with sugar that release energy fast over a short period which are good for sprints and other activities requiring a burst of energy.

Reply:This might sound stupid but when i was in the military we would do this; put just 2 little M%26amp;M's in your mouth ten minuets before the test and you will smoke those f***ing drill Srgt's. Semperfi Hoorah!!!!!!
Reply:Take creatine 1 hour before every run. Take creatine after each training to repair build up the muscle. Creatine is the simplest form of protein that will absorb by your body instantly.
