theres no technique to it. you just gotta keep on practicing and exercising.
What is the best technique to increase stamina during running?
your stamina is gonna be ALL mental unless you are severely out of shape. so the best thing to do is just zone out and run. either get a ipod and zone out to the music or concentrate on the breathing and before you know it, you will be like 2 miles away from home.
Reply:Protein (protein shake, protein bar) before you run.
Amino acid supplement. There is a liquid one called amino fuel that is really good that you can put in protein shake.
Electrolyte supplement
Reply:Dory explained this really well..."Just keep swimming...swimming swimming"...so just keep running. After a while your stamina should increase.
