Cardio and Core. Both of those will help you to gain the stamina you need to play your hardest for longer. The more oxygen that your muscles get, the longer you can play. I recommend running, swimming, and free weights. However I'm not talking about sprints or heavy weights, I'm talking about dozens and dozens of reps and laps to build up your endurance and stamina. I recommend swimming, because that builds up more muscles than the rest.
Reply:Thats so cool! Im #4 too! Anyway, I would do lots of cardio workouts on the treadmill and straight running. Make sure you incorporate periods of a slow steady pace with periods of a high pace or sprint. Also you should work on your core muscles, do lots of crunches, leg lifts and body planks! good luck
Reply:to build your stamina, running long-distance is the best way.

Run at a slow pace, but sligthly faster than jogging .

Eat more high protein food and less fat .

When you are playing tennis, you should try eating bananas to release more energy into your body and drink water BEFORE you get thirsty.

However, you should try sprinting drills more often than running long-distance as tennis puts more emphasis on your ability to get across the court in a short time. The court is not as big as a football field.
