Soccer players run for more than an hour at times on the field. They have to have good stamina to do that. I just want to know how I can build that type of stamina to run for that length of time.
How can you build stamina for running back and forth for hours while playing soccer?
You can start by jogging then you need to increase the speed at which you run each day! Push your self until you feel as though you are going to pass out and die! Then after that keep that up until it gets easy and then start all over again! That worked for me after i started playing indoor! Hope it helps!

Reply:the more you jog and run the better your stamina will be. you need to accumualte that type of stamina it doesnt just come to you.
