All my throws are dull and i get worn out quickly as well. I want to know if there are any workout routines or tricks to build up stamina and strength

Pushups would be the best to build muscle for throwing but you should see fielding coach to improve your throwing arm. Mechanics may be part of you getting worn out as well
Reply:Do alot of Bench Press repetitions, with a very small amount of weight-like 40-50 pounds.
