I get tired fast when i wrestle.. Im in good shape.. In want to be a beast and keep on going for atlease 5 minutes without getting tired.
How do i get stamina or cardio for Hgh school wrestling?
keep doing push up until you can do 100 straight,do sets of 10 for a week all day,then sets of 20 and so on
if you could do 100 straight ,,wrestling 5 min won't be a problem
