How do you build up your stamina and endurance?
Swimming is a great form of exercise. Not only does it provide an overall body work out, it also increases your endurance, lung capacity and muscle tone! It's great, give it a go. It might be hard at start, but perseverence will provide you with amazing results in swimming!

Reply:aerobic exercise. Run, bicycle for at least 30 minutes. Longer the better.
