How do regain your endurance and stamina if you used to smoke?

I used to smoke and now when doing physical activity I lose wind quicker than I used to.How can i regain my endurance?

How do regain your endurance and stamina if you used to smoke?
Is hard but you can do it. Start walking every day for 30 minutes non-top. Then after two weeks start 1 hours, you will see the difference. I did smoke for more than 15 years and now I have a lot of stamina.
Reply:Fitness, power walk everyday and you will regain your old healthy self in no time. Also, have a physical to insure you're healthy and discuss your training ideas with your doc.
