What is the best, quickest, and easiest way to raise stamina?

I'm really fast, but I just can't run that fast for that long, and I get tired quickly, and I just want to know how to increase my stamina in any way.

What is the best, quickest, and easiest way to raise stamina?
Control your breathing.


Start by inhaling and exhaling in time with your strides.


Left, right, inhale, exhale.


After a couple of minutes inhale for two strides and exhale for two strides.





Idea is to oxygenate your blood.





Going faster for longer is a matter of working up to longer strides and deeper breathing.





You will need a standard to judge your improvements by.


For me a set time and increasing distance is quite satisfying.





Your body has an internal clock, and in some amazing way will pace itself and ration energy quite efficiently once it learns your training regime.


Running to a distance is harder for your body to organize. A lot of concious input must be assimilated. Your body doesnt trust your mind and keeps trying to hold onto a reserve.
