I do sparring in taekwondo, but some days i always get tired, does anyone know some food or drink that gives energy and stamina?
Does anyone know is there any food or drink to get energy to fight?
100 Plus.
Reply:vitamin B.
its really good and lasts longer (not jsut keepnig you alert and awake but helping your tired muscles too)
calcium always helps too
Reply:Since fighting and very short lived the only really thing you can do is drink and energy drink or something of that nature the only bad thing with this is the fact that you will have to re-up on the energy before every fight and by the end of the day you will be dead tired....
I would suggest start doing more endurance excesses to try and build up the stamina
Reply:5 Hour Energy. They're sold at most stores. Lots of B vitamins and no crash afterwards.
Reply:fighting is so gay lameoooo
Reply:my hubby and i also do sparring in our mma class. We alway drink a redbull before class. very fun! 5 hour energy works well too...just not as good tasting.
Reply:Go to the nearest Pharmacy and ask about 4hour energy, 5 hour energy, and 6hour energy.
It has natural ingredients and NO CAFFEINE! It's awesome! It has lots of vitamins (like B12) and gensing. And it's just a shot- one gulp.
You won't feel jittery and your energy will not suddently deplete- that's what happens with Mosters and other energy drinks with caffeine
Best wishes!
Reply:Get some apple cidar vinegar! It is natural and will help you in different ways. You can also get some NO2 and CE2( Creatine)
That will probably help you.
Reply:I like monster energy drinks, or at the health food store, you can get Emergen-C to add to water and B12 vitamin combos.
Reply:if you REALY wana fight use crack or alcohal
Reply:Bananas are amazing and give you quick energy...I actually hate them...but I eat them for energy and to keep my brain alive all day...B vitamins are also good for energy...eat a good hearty breakfast also...like oatmeal...it will keep you going all day....for drink I would suggest Gatorade♥
