Im a 15 year old male, 6'0 foot tall and 168 pounds. I play football for my school and despite my username i play left back. Anyone who is familiar with football knows that left backs do a lot of running our matches are 70 minutes long and i can last them fine so im not lacking stamina its just i need to tone up.
What is the fastest form of exercise that i can do to get a six pack?

or crunches. these two are best for abs! be careful to perform them properly though, and not injure your lower back.
Reply:Well, my brother has a six pack, and what he did in my opinion is a bit odd.
#he held a long piece of elastic in both hands and streched out his arms as far as he could.
# he put books, heavier each time on he stomach while lying down and pushed his stomach in and out repeatedly.
Reply:Sit Ups could help but as a former football player what you need is bulk,meaning size.Good luck to you but as you get older its going to be tougher and look around the NFL how many skinny running backs or fullbacks.Your a long way from that but,dont worry about that
