How can I be less panicky about running for basketball try-outs?

I dont have very good stamina and running in practice is the thing i hate most in this world. Does anyone have anything i can do to overcome my fear of running and make it a little better for me?

How can I be less panicky about running for basketball try-outs?
just know by running you will get better at it and more in shape have like a goal...it makes it easyier and it will motivate you more... iiknow that running sucks but its one of those things that gets easier the more times you do it...
Reply:run long distances like in between 3-5 miles or jog if you have to. It will build your lung capicity up so your not sucking air.
