i have speed but i don't have stamina... I need it for basketball...and how do i increase my offensive and defensive awareness?

Reply:Start off with Cardio, and do alot of running and do drills which involve you to run and be in constant movement. Even biking and swimming can contribute to increased stamina. But remember to have a steady workout routine to maintain a high stamina.
Reply:you could just get off your *** and go running, or maybe try playing more just during games, it's called practice
Reply:well you should try to work out more to build up stamina each day. like a dog you take it for a walk and each day you go a little further the dog is building stamina each day. walk,jog,ride your bike up a hill........it all works!
