How to last through a tahitan dance workout?

I am a hula dancer, Our team is practicing for the tahiti fete competition which is a huge deal. In order to make the competition team we have to be able to last a whole 30 minute tahitian dance workout. I'm a pretty good dancer but I can't make the cut just yet because my stamina is not up to part. What can I do to be able to last through the 30 minute workout without having to stop dancing.

dont push urself too hard, just keep it easy while dancing so you wont get tired! plus even if u get tired and feet start hurting, after several minutes non stop dancing, you wont feel u're feet and pain anymore lol until you stop. after ur performance, lay down in water, no take all the stress out.. helpful

Well, the best thing that I can say to you is to start walking everyday, and then start jogging, then running. If you want to do this easier and can afford it, but yourself a treadmill. OR, you can start CONSTANTLY walking around your house doing amis, and eventually you will see that it is working, albeit slowly.

Hope this helps a little bit
