I need some advice on how to develop as a runner. Any exercises, diets, anything. How many times a weeks should I run? What should I do while I am running to better my stamina? Anything at all would help.
Help for someone who wants to develop a program to become a better runner?
Find a good coach or if no coaches are available locally, then consider reading a good training book.
