How can i in crease my stamina?

I want to increase my stamina to make the basketball team next year

How can i in crease my stamina?
Run...man...Run...!!!
Reply:run at least 30 minutes a day

Reply:run laps around the track. run stairs. its ok if you cant do it fast at first but gradually try to run faster each time.
