I've noticed a common theme- event at my fitness club and on here-
people who are weight conscious tend to advocate smoking more? Why is this? Smoking *boosts* the metabolism, YET you can't burn as many calories working out IF you smoke because you do not have enough stamina.
Why does it seem health gurus advocate smoking?
dont giv them a damm...they r just ruining their respiratory health...i chew on dried figs to boost my metabolism, or just drink lowfat milk..isnt that much better??even lime water and green tea helps very well..
