How can I train to be a freshman wide receiver?

I'm in the 8th grade and try-outs are in late summer, but I'm starting to train now.

I just started doing sprints this week, and I've been bench pressing. I'm 13 about 5'4, 115 lbs. My brother (now 6'1) went from about 5'3-5'4 in 8th grade to 5'9 ish in his 8th grade summer. So I'll probably be getting bigger some time soon.

But what are some workouts I can do to work on stamina, muscle, and speed?

work on your endurance as in like cone running, go out for runs, backpeddle the field, do some light bench and squat but when you do so do alot of reps to enhance your endurance
Reply:EITHER YOU GOT IT OR YOU DON'T.

THIS ISN'T BECOMING A ATTORNEY OR DOCTOR. ANYONE CAN STUDY FOR THAT.

ATHLETE, EITHER YOU GOT IT OR YOU DON'T.
Reply:try lifting some small weights, go jogging every day, and work on some football drills such as catching.
Reply:allot of speed comes from your abbes and your upper legs and when you work out do your lower body one day and your upper body the next after a while of doing this your body will build stamina there are tons of different work outs to build up muscle just work on it and you will get muscle and build your stamina and speed.
