What are good ways to achieve this health wise?

Lately I have been tired and sluggish and wanting to sleep alot I am eating but my appetite is not as hearty meaning I am not eating as much. What are good ways to achieve health and wellness in my body? What are good ways to boost stamina and energy? What are good lifestyle changes that I can make to have more stamina and energy and be healthy and strong?

What are good ways to achieve this health wise?
Drink soy protein products,change your diet to vegatables,fruits exercise Go to GNC and ask them for a antioxidant,they come in pills,drinks,protein shakes,the soy protein mix for shakes comes in vanilla chocolate,strawberry,regular when you make these you can add any fruit,or vegatables with it its one scoop and it gives you all the vitamins you need and will boost your energy level,also take a multivitamin,and if you are eating pork illiminate it for pork is responsible for 2000 diseases and will soak you of your energy level,beef eat in small doses,switch to turkey burger for your hamburger,chicken ,tuna fish,drink alot of fluids ,water juice,milk,go for morning walks,or exercise in your home start out for 20 minutes at first and build yourself up to an hour a day,I hope this helped you God bless this is my diet and routine everyday,also start getting up early and spending time with the Lord and ask him to renew your strength like the eagles,the Joy of the Lord is your strength with all this you will maintain your youth.and as his child shut the door to aging you have that power and authority you will see the difference Hugs and Blessings Lisa
Reply:Pending on the weight you want starting out with a big breakfast helps a lot. Egg Sandwich with a Banana or even Cereal. To put on muscle really its low carbs and more protein. If you need to snack on something Mixed Nuts is great. Also keeping your body fluxuated with food that has low fat helps.





Exercise depending on how you want to be built. Usually a good run followed by a light workout between legs, chest, back, arms. Followed with abdominals everyday (very important). Do things that you don't normaly do but the first important thing is to get in the mindset. If your not willing to make the change and not willing to take your day in full stride then you won't succeed. Try staying away from Transfat, high HDL cholesterol foods, processed everything.
