How Can I Get Better Stamina and Endurance???

Specially For Soccer!!!


Stamina and endurance to play for more than 90mins....


And able to keep doing several skills during the 90mins.


As the more fancy skills i do to get away from opponents,the more tired i get and end up playing a lousy game


Any sugguestions.....

How Can I Get Better Stamina and Endurance???
Coffee with extra sugar.

Reply:suicides and sprints, cone drills
Reply:the more you push ur self each time doing that exercise the more stamina and endurance you build.





also, swimming and cardio and such exercises will build your stamina .. u just gota keep exercising ! and push your self a littttttle bit more each time you play!





im a drummer and i play so hard i sweat so much ( a fan of Travis Barker) but i used to get tired quickly now i can keep going for hours the only reason i stop is coz ppl start to get annoyed hahaha .. or the show is over.

Reply:You drive? Take your car out to a level empty parking lot. Get your friend to sit in the drivers seat to steer and work the breaks. Now, push that car until your legs give up. Measure that distance... give yourself a day of two to recover then go push it again..keep going back until you can push that car for 5 minutes without breaking a sweat. I'll bet you notice the difference pretty quick. It took me a couple of months finally to push that car around the outside of the Safeway parking lot. Now I feel like I could pick it up and carry it....lol ...good luck.
