i heard swimming can build up stamina but can it also increase my speed when I run ?

it can but only if u know what to do
When u kick your legs your leg muscels build up resulting in faster running.
but if u only use your arms, u increase mobillity for arms.Boxers do that for faster hits
Also if u want to run faster move your arms like a chicken dance and move them as fast as possible
