Reply:There is some great research out there that things like D-Ribose , and 5-HTP work to help w/ FMS you can find them on the internet or at your local vitamin store. Its worth a shot!
Reply:So far the only thing I take is Glucosamine Sulphate. It helps with joint pain a bue.





I was also recommended by a friend who knows about this stuff to take more vitamins, and I do.





I also use a lot more lemon juice in my saldas, on my food, etc. Apparently there is something in the juice that really helps.

Reply:KRATOM might help with the milder pains.My mom has it to and she has bad days and good days..Kratom tea works well for energy and mild pain.It is addictive though.Check into it
