I've never played lacrosse before and I suddenly decided I want to go out for the team. What sort of things should I be doing to get ready for when lacrosse practice starts in a month? I'm a little out of shape so I know I need to start running to get my stamina up, but what else should I do?
What should I do to get ready for lacrosse?
Running is a very good start you should also grab a stick and play wallball on the side of your house. put cones up in your yard and do some cradling drills. once u build up your running stamina u could run with your stick while cradling (might sound easy but it takes lots of coordination)
