For 2 months my aim is going to work on getting good stamina by doing this one day jogging, next cycling and so on.
Also by doing this i will lose weight which will be a extra..
I will be dieting us well
If i did heavy weights and light weights would that be good so i will have power and get bulk also shape the muscles out by doing light

Reply:good stuff man exercising is a good thing no matter how much how little you do if you really want to get healthy not being tired after walking up a hill maintain a active lifestyle
